Returns / Damaged Items

We have a 25% restocking fee on returned items. Custom Orders are Non-Refundable. Custom Orders shipped directly to the Client MUST be inspected immediately, photographed and damages with photos emailed directly to our Customer Service Team within 72 Hours of receipt. 

50% Deposit required to place NON-Custom Orders.

Full Payment Required to place a Custom Order. All Custom Orders are made to order and are NON-Refundable.

25% Re-Stocking Fee for all Items Eligible for Return.
